Very long-chain fatty acids

Description / Indication

For analysis of accumulation of very long chain fatty acids in peroxisomal disorders (e.g. X-linked adrenoleucodystrofy (X-ALD)) we analyse C26:0-Lyso-PC (blood) and/or C26:0-Lyso-PC (fibroblasts).
