Plasma
- Amount: 500 µl.
- Conditions: Dry ice.
- Specifics: Collect at least 2 ml of EDTA blood in an ice-cooled (0°C) tube and centrifuge for 10 minutes at 3000rpm (1700 x g) at 4°C within 1.5 hrs (also keep on ice before centrifugation).
